Welcome. We are a local charity providing free, compassionate end of life care and support to patients and their families. Our services are available to people living in the communities of North Hertfordshire, Stevenage and surrounding towns and villages in Central Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

It costs us £6.5m a year to provide our services free of charge, with only a third of this funding coming from the NHS.

£26 could pay for an hour's healthcare provided by two assistants for patients in the community during the day

£46 funds a patient to attend activities run by our Rehab and Wellbeing team, including wellness workshops and physiotherapy.

£59 could pay for our Family Support Team to provide emotional support for a patient and their family members

£5 a month could pay for the petrol used by our community team on a home visit

£12 a month could pay for a freshly-cooked meal for a patient on our Inpatient Unit

£20 a month could allow a patient to attend an exercise class, helping them rebuild their strength
