The Depot
Our all-under-one-roof distribution centre, The Depot, is located at 1 Protea Way, Pixmore Avenue, Letchworth, SG6 1JT and is open to the public to drop-off and purchase quality, preloved goods. The Depot plays a vital part in running our services and is where many of our donated items are sorted and prepared ahead of distribution to our shops across Stevenage, North Herts and beyond. It's the heart of our trading operation and is also the home to our online sales and upcycling teams.
The Upcycling House
Home to our team of professional upcyclers and talented volunteers, The Upcycling House is where donations of second-hand furniture are lovingly restored and made fit for sale. Whether it's a complete paint job or reupholstering, their skills help generate vital income to fund the Hospice's services in North Hertfordshire and surrounding villages.
The team also run a series of Upcycling Workshops, giving you a chance to learn what they do. You'll go home with a newly refurbished piece of furniture or a beautiful piece of decoration, all while raising additional funds for the Hospice.
