About you
You’ll be an experienced HR professional, who is a talented, passionate individual with knowledge and expertise of working in a similar size organisation, ideally with exposure to a healthcare setting, however this is not an essential requirement. You’ll have the opportunity to lead on key HR initiatives with a focus on ER and OD. Your knowledge will enable you to support and empower managers to manage their teams. In this role, no two days are the same and in being a part of a small team, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of different HR disciplines.
